My name is Aria and I’m a Level 3 personal trainer and online coach from London.

I began my fitness journey in 2015, where I did endless cardio and avoided the weights section. A few months into my journey I began strength training by following workouts online, where I soon discovered my passion for lifting weights. However, it’s not been a smooth sailing journey. Without the proper guidance and knowledge, I took huge breaks from training, or I overtrained to the point I was losing progress. I then suffered severely with my mental health and developed eating disorders, until I finally decided it was time to commit my everything into training; for both my mind and my body.

I know what it’s like to feel anxious in the gym, or feel overwhelmed by the amount of information online on what to eat/what not to eat. I want my clients to feel comfortable around food and learn how to fuel their bodies while still eating the foods they love. On my coaching programs, NO foods are off limits. I will teach you how to fuel your body for your goals, without a restrictive mindset.

My aim is to make every woman I work with feel comfortable in the weights section and confident in her body. Fitness has taught me self discipline, self respect, and self love. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or a combination of both, let me help YOU chase your goals and reach your best self.
